Buying or renting a room in one of the hotels shown on the present website involves the total adhesion of the customer to the general and specific sale conditions and his complete acceptance of its dispositions.

1. Object :

The present contract is a distance contract whose objective is to define the parties rights and obligations in the case of an online hotel reservation offered to the customer by Harmony Collection.

2. Prices :

Room prices for all of the hotel establishments presented on the website www.harmony-collection.com have been presented in Moroccan Dirham (MAD), all charges included. They are valid at the time of the client's consultation.

Therefore, we inform the visitors of this website that room prices presented in a currency different from the Moroccan Durham could vary slightly from one day to another, due to the constant fluctuation of the exchange rate on the international market.

In general, the invoiced prices are current at the time of order.

3. Payments and guarantees :

The reservation will not be effective and thus validated and transmitted to Harmony Collection's reservation department until the client has informed the type, the number and the expiration date of the bank card that he gives guaranteeing the reservation.
Please note that the credit card will under no circumstances be charged. It is given only as a guarantee.
The full payment of the reservation is to be made by the client directly to the hotel on check-out.

The guarantee of the payment is insured by Maroc Télécommerce S.A.. Using the encoding protocol SSL based on a security certificate delivered by the firm VERISIGN, Maroc Télécommerce offers a secure payment guarantee.

During the data transfer to the web, your banking and personnel information filed on the forms is encoded automatically, enabling guarantied security and the insurance of the best confidentiality.

The SSL encoding system (Secure Socket Layer) automatically encrypts the data before its transfer to the web. They can only be decrypted upon arrival at our server with the use of a unique key.

Created by Netscape, SSL is the most used and one of the best modes to secure data transactions.

To use this system, verify that your computer is compatible (Internet explorer and Netscape, versions 4 and above).

We also remind you that your credit card references are required to guarantee your reservation. Otherwise, the reservation can not be made.

Finally, please note that the online guarantee payment system in use does not remember any credit card reference after the transaction.

4. Reservation :

As soon as reservation is made on the www.harmony-collection.com website, you will be e-mailed the following two documents:

• a receipt sent by the online payment interface specifying the payment guarantee acceptance. Please keep this receipt in your e-mail box until the departure date. It also contains your reservation number and may be useful in case of cancellation.

• a reservation bulletin sent by the Secured Central of Reservation (SCR Harmony collection) containing all your stay information. This document can be considered as the irrefutable evidence of your reservation. Please present this document to the hotel's reception upon your arrival.

 

5. Modification and cancellation of a confirmed reservation :

The modification or the cancellation of a confirmed reservation may be granted free of charge if it takes place during the hotel's prescribed canceling prescription period. This canceling period differs from one hotel to another.

How to cancel :

To cancel a confirmed reservation, you must fax a written cancellation demand specifying your reservation number to Harmony Collection's Secured Central of Reservation. Then :

1. If the hotel's prescribed cancelling period is respected, we will send you an e-mail confirming the restitution of your transaction's total amount.

2. If the cancellation takes place after the hotel's prescribed period, a caution (depending on the hotel and the cancellation date) will irrevocably be invoiced to you. Therefore, You will be asked to pay the amount of the caution before Harmony Collection can reimburse the total amount of your initial transaction.

    6.  No-shows policy

 Any no show (failure of a client to claim a confirmed reservation) receives no right to reimbursement.

7. Promotions :

Promotions are valid only if the stay time takes place during the promotion period (arrival and departure dates included). They are not retroactive.

8. Accommodation :

We inform you that the hotels' classifications by stars or categories shown in the description are based on the host country's norms. Therefore, these norms differ those of other countries.

Nevertheless, Harmony Collection prides itself in supplying you with the most precise specifications of all hotels establishments belonging to the group. The appreciation of the hotels shown in the description comes namely from our knowledge of these establishments.

9. Transaction proof :

Computer registers, conserved within Harmony Collection and Maroc Télécommerce's computer systems in secure conditions, can be considered as the evidences of the communication, the orders and the payments implementing the two parties.

10. Resolution of litigation :

In the case that a litigation fails to complete the contracted relation, the parties will look for a favorable solution before any judiciary action.

All litigation will be submitted to courts competent in the subject, i, the city of Casablanca.

11. Unforeseen events :

Harmony Collection will honor all its obligations except in the case of unforeseen circumstances which prevent us from doing it.
